Hi, I'm Catherine, Life Coach & Business Coach.
From a young age it was obvious that I had an adventurous and free spirit. I’m a natural observer and am always curious about the deeper meaning behind things. Why do people choose the path they choose and, how did they get to where they are? In short, I often wonder about those who live with true intention compared to those who follow societal norms without question. Throughout my career I thought the same about business . Were we holding ourselves back just to stay in the “box”? (aka industry norms and trends). Or could we be bold and do things differently? Letting our uniqueness shine whether in our roles or our business as a whole?
Since I can remember I’ve always had a passion in the pursuit to purpose both in personal and business development. The freedom that comes with living and working with purpose is unparalleled. This is what sparked my desire to help others awaken theirs.
Through my own Soul journey and creating a successful twenty year career in business (that didn’t escape challenge and a two year burnout), I had my ah-ha moment. Why not unite my purpose with my passions? So, I became a Certified Transformational Coach.
My holistic approach to life and business coaching empowers entrepreneurs, and business leaders to think differently while honouring their authentic self. My signature programs blend proven strategies with mindfulness and wellness to uplevel personal performance. Incorporating visualization, intuitive work and meditation techniques allows for fresh and innovative perspectives. I believe in speaking to our subconscious to unlock what fulfills and inspires us.

I’ve ridden a bobsleigh down an Olympic track – Whoa! What G-Force!
I'm always the first to jump into the water and love the thrill of leaping off waterfalls.
I crave adventure and have explored 13 countries and counting.
Years ago, I made one of the biggest changes in my life. I moved across the country without a job or direction and began my soul journey. It wasn’t without challenge, but it’s been absolutely amazing!
I am spiritual and believe energy is the basis of everything.
My mum’s passion is in genealogy, and she discovered that we are related to Laura Secord (1813 Heroic Woman) and a handsome actor from “The Notebook”.
I don’t have children, but my life is full with eight beautiful nieces, five wild nephews, and counting.
I adopted a dog that showed her teeth and growled at me the first time we met. She is now a trusting and loving soul!
I love running, hiking, yoga, SUP, spin class, skiing, and 30 min. Hiit workouts.
I'm in my element when I'm near the ocean and mountains. I'm passionate about protecting them and do my best to live an eco-friendly lifestyle.
I got pranked on Betty White’s show, “Off Their Rockers”, by a bible reading lady & grandma on a scooter waving a dildo…!?
I'm no chef, but I love dinner parties and enjoy cooking for large groups.
I’m a chip-o-holic!
Total animal lover. Dogs and horses are my favourite! In fact, I tattooed one on my back. Maybe not the best idea…
